This was my 5th vehicle repair with friendly, professional service and a fair price. Jim is my main contact. I've always said that you see how good a company really is when there is a problem and how they handle it. They fixed a rear 1/4 panel two years ago on my Audi and the paint started to bubble in the same area. I took it back initially not remembering it was the same 1/4 panel they fixed before. Jim gave me a quote. After thinking about it I was certain it was the same panel. Spoke to Jim who said he would have a look and let me know. Wasn't sure what that meant and if I was going to get stuck with another bill.It was booked for 5 days and after 2 the shop called and said it was ready for pick up. I was a little nervous as Jim hadn't called to tell me his findings or the charges. When I went to pick it up Jim explained that the paint bubble was just beside where they had repaired it 2 years earlier and they did not charge me ANYTHING!! This could have gone a few different ways and I was so pleased they stood behind their work. I don't normally write reviews but am so happy with Mercury Auto Body and how they handled this situation that I wanted to share my experience. It was always my Go To shop but Jim and team have me at a new level of appreciation. Thank you Jim and Team!

A great place to check after the big name parts stores let you down. Nowhere else in the city had a full set of spark plugs for my 96 F150.. this place had 2.

Very helpful from day 1, when someone bumped my car the renown company was help me to get a rental car.. they are the one who assisting me to claimed the Settlement by insurance..very nice owner. Very accommodating from 1 -10 i will rate them 9.5 for excellent job. Thank you renown! God bless

This place is great. It's sort of out in the boonies so I'd never known before that it existed. Took my car there for an oil and filter change recently - they were fantastic. Great service! I will indeed be back!

I had a small accident and needed some repairs but was worried about being without a car because I have kids and a job that requires me to have a car. They were kind and courteous and were able to get my car back to me in a week (despite needing to order in parts), but they also had a courtesy car to lend me which was fantastic! When I received my car back it was spotless and looked great with what they had done. I'd 100% recommend them to anyone needing repairs!
